Responsible Gaming at 00bet —
Your safety is our priority
Gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. 00bet is committed to giving you the opportunity to play safely and responsibly.
Age Requirement and Our Commitment
00bet makes it clear — this platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any form of betting activity. We believe responsible gaming starts with the right age.
If there are young children in your household, please use password protection on your device and account, and never share your 00bet login details. We encourage parents to use child protection software.
Responsible Gaming Protection Tools
00bet offers several practical tools to help you stay in control of your gaming.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit you will need to wait through a cooling-off period, but reducing one applies right away.
Time-Out and Breaks
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, no betting or deposits will be possible. Use this tool whenever you feel under pressure.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This can keep your account closed for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Making this decision is a sign of strength — not weakness. Our support team will help you through the process.
Loss Limit
Set a limit on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically prevent you from placing further bets. This is an effective way to protect your finances.
Session Time Reminder
It is easy to lose track of how long you have been playing. The session time reminder will prompt you to take regular breaks. Set a time limit for your sessions and stick to it — this is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Bengali Support
Our support team is available around the clock for any responsible gaming matters. If you are concerned about yourself or someone you know, chat with us in Bengali via live chat. We help without judgment.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Responsible gaming means enjoying online betting and casino games as a form of entertainment — while making sure it does not have a negative impact on your personal life, family relationships, or finances.
00bet believes that healthy entertainment is only possible when players themselves know when to stop. Our platform is designed with this balance in mind.
Remember — there is no guarantee of winning in gambling. Every game outcome depends on chance. So only play with money you can afford to lose. Never bet with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings.
Important reminder: Gaming is for entertainment, not a source of income. Placing more bets in an attempt to recover lost money ("chasing losses") is a dangerous behaviour that only increases financial harm.
⚠️ Recognise the Warning Signs
If you notice even one of the following signs in yourself, please seek help.
- Spending more than your set budget
- Repeatedly trying to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Prioritising gaming over work, family, or sleep
- Using borrowed money or savings for betting
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Trying to stop but repeatedly coming back
6 Simple Steps for Safe Gaming
Following these simple habits will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much you will spend on betting each week or month. Think of this budget as an "entertainment expense" — just like a cinema ticket or a restaurant bill.
Track Your Time
Check the time before you start playing and decide how long you will play. Keep session time reminders on. Avoid playing for long stretches without a break.
Accept Losses
Losing is normal. When you lose, resist the urge to place more bets straight away. Take a short break, have some tea or water, and make decisions with a clear head.
Use Deposit Limits
Go to your account settings and set a deposit limit. This is an automatic safeguard that helps keep you within your budget.
Make Time for Other Activities
Spend time on sports, reading, friends, or family. Betting should be a small part of life — not the only form of entertainment.
